• Starter's caps (5 users, 5 playbooks, 3 routines, 3 connectors, 50 GB single graph) mean small teams can outgrow it quickly even for modest use cases.
• Enterprise pricing is opaque and sales-led; prospective buyers cannot get a firm total cost estimate without going through a sales cycle, and pricing is generally enterprise-level.
• Writer is likely overkill for individuals, freelancers, or small teams wanting a cheap, flexible, open-ended writing tool - its value proposition is specifically governed, on-brand, compliant workflows at scale, not general-purpose drafting.
• As with any LLM-based platform, outputs still require human review. Knowledge Graph grounding reduces but does not eliminate factual errors, and result quality depends heavily on how well the underlying data and workflows are configured.

Who it's for
